  • Project Description: Mamonyane Construction successfully undertook a residential property development initiative in Stone Ridge, Rayton Extension 25, Gauteng Province, following the acquisition of 10 residential stands on Erf 1989 in 2022. This development forms part of the company’s strategic expansion into residential property development and investment-led construction projects. The scope of the project included the development and construction of modern residential homes, as well as the sale of vacant stands within the estate. To date, Mamonyane Construction has successfully constructed and handed over four completed residential houses to satisfied clients, while five vacant stands have been sold within the estate, reflecting strong market demand and confidence in the development. The project was designed to contribute to the growth of the Rayton area by supporting structured residential expansion and improving access to quality housing opportunities. The development has enhanced the local property landscape by introducing well-planned residential units that align with modern living standards and community expectations. In addition, the project has contributed to local economic activity through job creation, engagement of subcontractors, and the use of local suppliers during the construction process.
