Founder and Senior project manager with over three decades of industry experience, Jan provides the company with a compelling vision for the future. His belief in people and opportunistic persona are entrenched to the core of what Mamonyane Construction is today. It is with his leadership prowess and technical experience that we are able to deliver the utmost value to our clients.
With a focus on Business Development, Kgomotso is responsible for the strategic and tactical planning of the company in tandem with the Managing Member of the company. Most of his efforts are spent in the operational management of the Finance, Sales, Marketing, Research & Development and Property departments.
With an objective to achieve continuous personal growth, Appearch Tshilande brings great energy to the team. With his extensive familiarity with management processes and procedures, he always brings economically viable solutions to construction problems. This knowledge has been gained through almost a decade of working on projects amounting to R 50 million.
With more than 3 years of experience in Quantity Surveying and construction teams on site, Mxolisi is technical leader with a passion for quality workmanship.
Betty brings new life to client relations and marketing management. She has an entrepreneurial degree and is currently working on furthering her studies and career.
With her background in business administration and education, Nthabiseng provides the administrative support to the business leadership and project management.
